Fit to be Wed is a 12 week program consisting of 24 sessions of fun, but hard work with your personal trainer. Each session is 30 minutes in length and is structured according to your ability and personal goals. Your program will become more personalized as your present goals are achieved, and new, more specific ones are created. Also included in your program is a 14 week membership to the EPEC Fitness studio. It is important that you use the facility before, after, and in between scheduled workouts to do your cardiovascular exercises and additional workout routines provided by your trainer.
